Pop-Up Kit Rental 101's
All you need to know about renting a Pop-Up Kit in Cape Town.

When you reserve items from the PopUp Kit, you will be sent a deposit invoice (60%) to confirm the booking.
The balance is due 48 hours before the hiring period starts.
Please note that no items are dispatched without full rental payment upfront.

Yes, depending on availability, we will assist with orders received less than 72 hours before the delivery of rental equipment to the event location.
Kindly note that late order fees apply.

Our shop-fitting and display items for hire are currently only available for rental in Cape Town and surrounding areas

Our weekly rental rates are the minimum order amounts. We do not have daily rates available.
However, from time to time, we run Weekend Specials (Fri - Sun), so please look out for these, and our Bundle Offers.

We understand that accidents happen, and that there will be some wear and tear as items get used.
But if the PopUp Kit items are not returned, or are missing components, or are in an unacceptable condition after the rental period, we do reserve the right to charge the hirer for the cost of replacement.

Once the goods are delivered the rental period technically begins. The rental rates you paid in advance will still be applicable for the duration of your confirmed booking.

A one week lead time on standard Pop-Up Kit rentals is appreciated. With customisation or production for display furniture purchases, minimum two weeks notice will do (but a little more is better).

While we are open to accommodating self-collection and delivery from our store room, we honestly do prefer using our own team to deliver and collect items. They are just better equipped to manage the loading and moving of our display pieces with minimal damage.

We’re happy to assist in setting up your exhibition stand, market stall or pop-up store, but this needs to be clearly briefed, and is charged as an extra service.
But don’t worry, the PopUp Kit is super easy to use, and we’re quite sure you’ll manage the basic set up.

One of the things we love most about our capsule collection of display fittings, is that most times small changes can make a big difference. We’re always open to discussing design ideas that will bring the Pop-Up Kit closer to your brand identity and event concept.
